Real Madrid's winger Extends Sincere Sorry to The Madrid Club Supporters
The forward has netted 5 finishes in ten domestic competition outings this season.
Real Madrid winger Vinicius Jr has apologised to fans for his reaction when substituted in the recent fiery Clasico clash triumph.
The Brazilian was substituted in the second half and showed his annoyance by going straight to the dressing room.
The Brazilian subsequently came back to the dugout and, following his club's narrow triumph, attempted to approach Barcelona's youngster Yamal during unsavoury after the game incidents.
"Today I want to express regret to all the supporters for my response when I was substituted in the Clasico," the player posted on his account.
"In the same way as I have said in person during today's training, I would like to say sorry once more to my colleagues, the team, and the leadership.
"Sometimes emotion overcomes me because I constantly desire to succeed and assist my club. My competitive character stems from the love I have for this team and everything it stands for."
Vinicius moved to the Spanish capital from Flamengo in 2018 for a significant fee and has notched triple figures in 335 appearances.
But his future in the La Liga is unclear with rumors in recent months suggesting that Los Blancos would consider letting the young star depart if they obtained a suitable offer.
When Vinicius was replaced on that day, TV coverage from network the platform recorded him stating: "It's always me! I'm leaving the team! It's preferable if I depart, I'm moving on."
In his latest post on X, he said: "I vow to keep fighting constantly for the benefit of Los Blancos, as I have acted since the first day."
